As used herein the term "bid price" means the price at which a lot is knocked down to the purchaser and the term "purchase price" means the aggregate of
(a) The winning bid price (hammer price)
(b) A PREMIUM PAYABLE BY THE PURCHASER, 19% of the hammer price (Buyer's Premium)
(c) California state or local sales tax.
(d) Insurance, Shipping & Handling cost
Placing a bid is a legally binding obligation. There are no returns or exchanges. FEDERAL G LIQUIDATION is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the description, graphics or photography provided or in the bidding software. Due diligence to verify the condition and description of a lot is the sole responsibility of the Bidder prior to placing any bid. Returns may only be made with the advance written authorization of FEDERAL G LIQUIDATION and are in FEDERAL G LIQUIDATION's sole discretion to approve. To request a return you must provide a written request fully explaining the basis for the return no later than 3 days after your receipt of the lot. Under no circumstances will any amounts other than the winning bid amount be refunded. A restocking charge of 25% of the full invoice amount may apply in FEDERAL G LIQUIDATION's sole discretion. Any allowed returns must be received in exactly the same condition as when originally shipped to Buyer, or they will be returned to buyer at Buyer's cost. Any unauthorized returns will be refused. Shipping can take up to 10 business days or less after your payment date. In some rare circumstances, a slight delay beyond the 10 business days may occur. DELIVERY REFUSAL OF ITEMS SHIPPED BY FEDERAL G LIQUIDATION TO THE BIDDER CONSTITUTES AN UNAUTHORIZED RETURN IN DIRECT VIOLATION OF THESE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR DENY ANY BID PLACED EITHER IN LIVEAUCTIONS360.COM, ICOLLECTOR.COM, LIVEAUCTIONEERS.COM, INVALUABLE.COM AND/OR EBAY.COM PRIOR TO THE AUCTION, DURING THE AUCTION OR AFTER THE AUCTION. Disputes/Chargebacks
By participating in FEDERAL G LIQUIDATION's Auction, the bidder entirely agrees to the dispute resolution specified in the foregoing paragraph as the bidder's SOLE means to resolve any and all disputes which may arise with FEDERAL G LIQUIDATION. By placing a bid the bidder specifically agrees that bidder will not file a dispute or chargeback of any kind with an online venue, a credit card, or any other third-parties. Bidder specifically waives the right to initiate a credit card chargeback dispute on any basis of claim and agrees that bidder will pay FEDERAL G LIQUIDATION a minimum of $300 plus hourly charges and costs for any such chargeback dispute opened, due to the severe administrative burden of such disputes and their direct violation of the dispute provisions above. In the event that Bidder violates this dispute resolution provisions, in consideration of FEDERAL G LIQUIDATION's approval of the application of the bidder to bid in FEDERAL G LIQUIDATION's auction, bidder confesses judgment to fraud having been committed by bidder against FEDERAL G LIQUIDATION and further agrees that bidder is liable to FEDERAL G LIQUIDATION for all damages, losses and costs, including time charges, resulting.

In the event that Bidder violates this dispute resolution provisions, in consideration of FEDERAL G LIQUIDATION's approval of the application of the bidder to bid in FEDERAL G LIQUIDATION's auction, bidder confesses judgment to fraud having been committed by bidder against FEDERAL G LIQUIDATION and further agrees that bidder is liable to FEDERAL G LIQUIDATION for all damages, losses and costs.
BINDING AGREEMENT:
BY SIGNING UP AS A BIDDER, YOU ACKNOWLEDGED THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AUCTION HOUSE AND DO AGREE TO ABIDE BY THEM.
PAYMENT IS EXPECTED AND ALL ACCOUNTS MUST BE SETTLED WITHIN 48 HOURS.
THE WINNING BIDDER OF ANY LIVE AUCTION HAS HEREBY ENTERED INTO A BINDING AGREEMENT, AS THE BUYER, TO PURCHASE THE AUCTIONED ITEM. BUYER IS FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE IMMEDIATE PAYMENT OF THE PURCHASE. WINNING BIDDER IS DETERMINED SOLELY THROUGH INVOICING FOLLOWING THE COMPLETION OF THE AUCTION. AN INVOICED WAS SENT TO YOU WITHIN 24HRS AFTER CONCLUSION OF THE AUCTION. IN THE EVENT OF NON PAYMENT OF THE PURCHASED ITEM THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL COLLECTION AND LEGAL FEES IN ADDITION TO THE FULL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE ITEM. BUYERS THAT ARE SENT TO COLLECTIONS MUST PAY THE COLLECTION AGENCY DIRECTLY; AUCTION HOUSE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY PAYMENTS AFTER INVOICE HAS BEEN FORWARDED TO COLLECTIONS.
Returns
ANY and ALL returns are subject to a 19% non-refundable restocking fee. Lots that have any defects, conditions, or discrepancies that were not disclosed or announced in the original listing must be reported to FEDERAL G LIQUIDATION within a maximum of 5 calendar days after delivery to be eligible for an exchange or claim. Any lots claimed after the 5 calendar days will be subject to a minimum 19% restocking fee or the return will be denied per the auction house's discretion.
A Buyer's premium amounting to 19% of the winning bid amount will be added to the purchase price of each lot. The winning bidders acknowledge and agree to pay a total of 19% premium on top of the winning bid price. Should the bidder choose not to go forward with the purchase, or cancel their item/s; they are still liable for the 19% premium as a penalty and an additional 25% Restocking fee.
IN THE EVENT THAT YOU REFUSE DELIVERY OF THE PACKAGE FOR THE COMPLETION OF YOUR ORDER, AT THE DISCRETION OF FEDERAL G LIQUIDATION YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR THE 19% BUYER'S PREMIUM AND AN ADDITIONAL 25% RESTOCKING FEE BASED ON THE TOTAL HAMMER PRICE PAID.
All of our watches come with a 1 year warranty for damage, service or repair. Warranty service is provided free of charge. ANY outside service will automatically completely void the warranty. No exceptions will be made. Returns will also not be accepted on watches that are serviced by a third party.
Reports/Estimates
High and low estimates are provided solely for comparison purposes and FEDERAL G LIQUIDATION makes no warranties of any kind relating to them.
Any appraisals or evaluations provided are solely for the convenience of the Bidder and FEDERAL G LIQUIDATION makes no warranties of any kind relating to them. Appraisals may include valuations which reflect the full, highest retail price of the item in a specific geographic region, the item's insurance replacement value, or both. No price estimate or appraisal value should be considered to represent the investment or resale value of the item. Such values are to be solely based on the due diligence evaluation of the Bidder absent any estimate or appraisal value presented.
In the event that an item is listed as having an "Appraisal Estimate", this represents FEDERAL G LIQUIDATION's in-house estimate of what the item would appraise for. Actual appraisal of the item is the responsibility of the Bidder.
Lots that have any defects, conditions, or discrepancies that were not disclosed or announced in the original listing must be reported to FEDERAL G LIQUIDATION within a maximum of 5 calendar days after delivery to be eligible for an exchange or claim.

Autopay
If you have not contacted Federal G Liquidation to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
